Phases of Chiropractic Care

PHASE 1
PAIN MANAGEMENT

This phase is primarily responsible for reduction of pain.  In this phase, we introduce electroceutical therapy to fatigue the nerve and the surrounding tissues that are generating the pain stimulus in your body.  This, in a sense, puts the nerve fibers to sleep and inhibits the pain impulses from being sent to the brain.

PHASE 2
HEALING

This phase is responsible for the actual healing of the affected area.  The specific frequencies provide a broader spectrum of healing characteristics including:

bulletsoftening scar tissue
bulletbreaking up adhesions
bulletincreasing circulation
bulletincreasing the metabolic activity
bulletactivating the lymphatic system for reduction of swelling and breaking up the lactic acids in the muscles, which cause muscle soreness.

PHASE 3
STRENGTHENING

This phase is responsible for the strengthening and rehabilitation of the affected muscle groups.  In this phase, we can reeducate and strengthen muscle tissue by using specific frequencies that will recruit new muscle tissue to help build and strengthen weakened muscles.  We can also train the muscle with specific muscular endurance programs to prevent muscular fatigue and help prevent re-injury.

PHASE 4
MAINTENANCE

Primarily for those patients who have flare-ups, and occasional aches due to long term, chronic pain.  Although we cannot guarantee everyone will be pain-free, we will guarantee that every patient will have a much, much better quality of life in which to enjoy life to its fullest without severe or moderate pain restriction.
